Terms and Conditions

 

• We are a manufacturing jeweller. Ornaments manufactured by us bear mark “BGH” with carat wise stamp.
• Old gold ornaments manufactured by us can be sold to us against exchange of new gold ornaments or cash.
• In case of exchange or selling of BIS Hallmarked old gold ornaments manufactured by us, no deduction on weight will be made except melting and refining loss.
• Customers should obtain the ordered ornaments within fifteen days of the delivery date. Otherwise we have the authority to sell the ornaments to other party. In that case, order can be retaken considering the amount paid in advance or valuation of any old gold ornaments mentioned in the Order Memo.
• In case of cancellation of any order, 50% making charges of the ordered ornaments will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded to the party.
• Cash Memo must be produced for exchanging any old gold ornaments against the new one or cash.
• Customers can return the sold ornaments to the shop within seven days from the date of purchase of the item without using it.
• Terms and conditions are also mentioned behind each and every cash memo.
